US Pork, Beef Exports Post Solid Gains in May

US pork and beef exports continued their strong 2010 performance in May, collectively growing 25 per cent in value versus 2009 and 8 percent over April of 2010, according to statistics released by USDA and compiled by the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF).
